Instructions About How To “Whitelist” Our Email Address
We will be emailing you the information you requested so you MUST “whitelist” our email address: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
This only takes a minute and instructs your email program to deliver emails from us to your inbox (rather than filtered out or delivered to your spam folder).
Simply select your email program from the list below and follow the instructions:
AOL
Go to keyword: Mail Controls.
Select the screen name to whom we're sending your Belize Property Center emails.
Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.
AOL Version 9.0:
Open your latest Belize Property Center e-mail.
Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically. To do this:
Open your latest Belize Property Center e-mail.
Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
Replace the address in the Send To box with: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.
Earthlink:
1. Click on Address Book (it's over on the left, below your Folders).
2. When your Address Book opens, click the Add button.
3. On the Add Contact screen, find the Internet Information box.
4. Enter the address mailto:Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
5. Click Save\
Gmail:
1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. In the primary email address box, type: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
4. Click Save.
Hotmail:
Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List.
Type: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com in your Safe List.
If you see a message that should not be in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having e-mail from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
Outlook 2003:
Add a name to your Safe Senders or Safe Recipients List.
You can add either the sender's e-mail address or their domain name to the Safe Senders List.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
Click Add.
In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter info@BelizePropertyCenter.com, and then click OK.
Outlook Express (version 6 or higher)
1. Open the original email we sent you (check your junk mail).
2. Left-click the sender icon, or right click the sender’s name.
3. Click Add to contacts.
4. Click Save and close.
Verizon:
1. On the left hand side of the screen go to E-Mail & More.
2. Go to Check My E-Mail.
3. Under Check My E-Mail click on Options.
4. Under Options 7 tabs will appear across the screen [Mailbox] [Rules] [Signature] [Display] [POP Set-up] [Block Senders] [Mail Filters]
5. Click on [Block Senders]
6. A Block Senders screen appears
7. There is a Block Sender List and a Safe List
8. Add info@BelizePropertyCenter.com to the Safe List
Yahoo! Mail:
Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
Click Mail Options.
Click Filters.
Click Add Filter.
In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address: Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
Click the Add Filter button again.
If Belize Property Center has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply
open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.
Other providers:
If Belize Property Center is being filtered, try adding Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com to your Address Book or Contact list.
If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from Info@BelizePropertyCenter.com
Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: BelizePropertyCenter.com
